The Worldcup Slope of Zauchensee
is a technical very ambitious Race Track, which ist very
interesting for the new carving technic, because of the numerous
difficult turns!
For
the worldcup finals in 2002 the track was extendet to the top because
of the men downhill. In 2007 the women started the first time from the top (2.176 m), because of the weather only for one trainingsrun.
At the Worldcup Race in 2009, it had finally come: the ladies were able to complete their 1st race from the top, with two winners: Anja Pärson (SWE) and Dominique Gisin (SUI), both in 1:47.52! Results...
