AUDI FIS Worldcup 2009 Altenmarkt/Zauchensee

1.	Competition:	AUDI FIS World Cup Ladies
2.	Genaral:	The rules of the FIS Worldcup and the ICR of the FIS are valid. Only those competitors, who are entered for a race by the relevant national association and holding a valid FIS license, are able to compete. The number of participants is limited and depends on the FIS Worldcup Regulations. Access to closed race courses is only possible with the consent of the Chief Race Director. The competition area may only be entered by holders of an official accreditation.
3.	Insurances:	The national associations are responsible for the insurances of their racers. The organizer will not take charge for accidents and harm during training and races, also not third persons either.

5.	Contractual Basis:	The requirements concerning the condition and safety measures of the race and training tracks go by the separate rules according to the current regulations of the International Ski Competition Rules (ICR) of the International Ski Federation (FIS), the specific regulations and ways of holding the Alpine FIS Worldcup and the specific agreement among the Organizing Committee and the FIS whereas the ruling of the jury applies. Every participant is obliged to report any faults to the jury. Upon starting every competitor confirms that he has acknowledges the race course and safety measures as adequate and sufficient. Over and above the organizer is not responsible for particular faults in the course and security.

8.	Price money:	SFR 100.000 per race will be partitioned from rank 1 to 10. The price-money-disbursement takes place after departure of the lawful taxes.

Our region is wonderful! Zauchensee is the highest altitude ski area in the "Salzburg Sport World". There is a good reason we are known as the snow trap for miles around. Often Mother Nature blesses us with two meters of mountain snow well into the spring.
